Returning to the Construction Week Power 100 in 2019 is the chief projects officer of Wasl Asset Management, Nabil Al Khaja.

The group – along with Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority (Dafza) – has been developing Dubai Commercity, a $871m (AED3.2bn) project for which the foundation stone was laid in March 2019.

Ahead of Expo 2020 Dubai, the properties arm of the group will hand over the Port Views project, which features 270 homes located near the city’s Port Rashid.

In March, the firm rolled out discount schemes for the fourth tower of its Park Gate Residences project near Dubai’s Zabeel Park.
