The group chief executive officer of Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Hamra, Benoy Kurien, has been associated with the firm since 2011, when he joined as the general manager.
Kurien was appointed to his current role in September 2018, and he and his colleagues have been instrumental in shaping the emirate’s Al Hamra Village, an integrated community comprising more than 4,000 residential units, five hotels, a par-72 championship golf course, a marina and yacht club, and a shopping mall.
The real estate development firm owns the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah hotel; the Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach resort; Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort; and Al Hamra Palace residences and golf village.
The firm is also developing the Bab Al Bahr Residences on the emirate’s Marjan Island. This waterfront project comprises three pyramid-shaped buildings situated around a main central courtyard with a large swimming pool.
