Dubai Real Estate Institute signs MoU with Abu Dhabi's Adveti

The agreement aims to promote educational services in the UAE and mutually train professionals in the local property sector

Dubai Real Estate Institute, the educational arm of Dubai Land Department (DLD), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (Adveti) to mutually train professionals in the real estate sector.

The MoU was signed by Adveti managing director, HE Dr Abdulrahman Jassim Al Hammadi, and Dubai Real Estate Institute's chief executive officer, Hend Obaid Al Marri.

Al Marri said Dubai Real Estate Institute would continue to strengthen its partnership with educational and academic institutions in the UAE and abroad to boost the country's real estate sector.

She added: “The MoU will benefit both parties, allowing us to achieve our shared objectives by exchanging experiences and best practices in this field.”

Al Hammadi said: “The courses and training programmes will enable the trainees to work professionally according to the regulations and provisions of the Real Estate Regulatory Law, and ensure efficient law enforcement while promoting economic development and sustainable growth in the UAE real estate sector.”
