Properties Investment Development Home Owners Association Management (Pid Hoam), an owners' association (OA) management services firm certified by Dubai Land Department's Real Estate Regulatory Agency and owned by Properties Investment – a Dubai Investments joint venture – has revealed plans to add 2,200 units from properties under Dubai Investments' real estate arm by the end of Q3 2019.

Pid Hoam currently manages 1,700 units in Green Community, Dubai Investment Park.

The expansion outlook is part of Pid Hoam’s plan to enhance management standards and work towards ensuring operational efficiency by creating long-term value for investors.

In a statement, Properties Investment's general manager, Rashid Abdulla Al Haji, said OAs were "playing an integral role [...] in today's thriving freehold era", adding that these market dynamics would support the firm's expansion plans in the city.

He added: “With Pid Hoam, we are aiming to be at the forefront of our property management, ensuring tried and tested operating procedures, systems and manuals providing a streamlined and disciplined approach to comprehensive property management, placing the interest of the residents at top priority.”
