Bureau Veritas recognises Dubai Municipality for innovation

Municipality obtains European Guiding Specification conformity certificate titled CEN/TS 16555-1:2013

Dubai Municipality has obtained the European Guiding Specification certificate of conformity issued by Bureau Veritas for Innovation Management Systems (CEN/TS 16555-1:2013), in recognition of the municipal body's application of high standards in innovation and knowledge management.

The achievement follows “a series of continuous successes” across Dubai Municipality's operations, the entity said in a statement. 

Dubai Municipality’s director general, Dawoud Al Hajri, commented: “This achievement reflects the municipality’s commitment to encourage creativity and innovation and make it a daily practice in line with the wise leadership, national strategies and goals, and to achieve its vision of building a happy and sustainable city.”
