Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Housing is offering land plots in the kingdom.

The Sakani programme, part of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Housing, has announced the addition of six housing schemes, offering 6,447 free plots of land in four districts that are accessible through its e-portal, to its existing portfolio, inviting Saudi citizens seeking free land to choose a housing plan that meets their requirements.

Sakani has also activated a feature to electronically book free land, which allows beneficiaries to review the appropriate scheme and choose the plot directly through its electronic reservation system.

The feature has already been activated for the six new housing schemes, of which three are under development, and the remaining are in delivery.

Saudi Arabia's housing ministry also announced plans for a project in Tathleeth, Asir with 1,017 plots of land, and the authority has plans to provide 700 plots of land in Riyadh.

The ministry’s Sakani programme, which provides free land deliveries to Saudi citizens, will continue to offer housing and financing options, the ministry said in a statement, adding that it would also provide prefabricated housing units within its projects and homes in partnership with real estate developers.
