Saudi Arabian cement manufacturer Yamama Cement Company told Saudi bourse Tadawul that it intended to sell its Production Lines 1-5, which have a daily clinker production capacity of 5,600 tons.

Yamama Cement Co said it had temporarily suspended the production lines in January 2017.

Sale plans for the production lines come as the company plans to move its operations to a new site.

In its Arabic-language bourse missive, Yamama Cement Co added that the sale of the lines would not impact its obligations towards third parties, and that it would disclose the decision’s final impact at a later date.
