FM company says 'large government entities' were among the clients that it picked up contracts from in 2019
Dubai-based facilities management (FM) company EFS Facilities Services has won contracts worth more than $46.3m (AED170m) in 2019, which were awarded by “large government entities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia”, as well as firms in Bangladesh.
In a statement, EFS Facilities Services said its contract backlog for 2019 was recorded at $1bn (AED3.7bn).
Commenting on the company’s performance, group chief executive officer of EFS Facilities Services, Tariq Chauhan said: “EFS continues to build a sustainable institution with a focus on satisfied customers and happy employees.’’
The company was awarded an FM contract in May 2018 by Jordan-based Abdali Boulevard Company, a subsidiary of Abdali Investment and Development Group for The Boulevard.
As part of the three-year agreement with the Jordanian firm, EFS Facilities Services will provide FM services including engineering, maintenance, cleaning, and other soft services.
