Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has inked an agreement with Global Village Management to be the exclusive provider of taxi, limousine, and bus services to visitors of Global Village, which is scheduled to open 29 October, 2019, the RTA confirmed on Twitter.

The agreement, which was signed by Yousef Al Ali, executive director of DTC, and Bader Anouhi, chief executive officer of Global Village, offers reduced costs to visitors who choose to avail transportation services from specific assembly points to the Global Village through the DTC’s mobile application.

The 24th iteration of the 166-day Global Village event will end on 4 April, 2020.

Commenting on the agreement, Anouhi said: “Our partnership with Dubai Taxi is part of our drive to provide the best for our guests and improve our services to the public and tourists every season.”
