The director and partner of Dubai-based property developer Danube Properties, Atif Rahman, recently revealed the company's plans to launch a $108.8m (AED400m) project "between the second or third week of March".

The project — which will be Danube Properties' "next gated complex" — is currently in the final stages of preparation, Rahman confirmed during a recent Construction Week Viewpoint podcast

Speaking to Construction Week about the development, which is an add-on to Danube Properties' "attractive pipeline", he said: "The project has turned out beautifully, offering the feel of a mini community within a community. It is very attractively located by the highway, taking less than a minute to go in and return."

Without revealing further on the name of the project as well as location details, Rahman said that consumers can expect "world-class amenities at affordable prices and an efficient design".
