‘ACRES 2020’ brings together more than 40 real estate developers
Shurooq and Diamond Developers will highlight construction progress on the $544m Sharjah Sustainable City
Under the patronage of the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, HH Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammad Sultan Al Qasimi, the seventh Real Estate Investment Exhibition (ACRES 2020) will be held on 5-7 March at the Expo Centre in Sharjah.
The event, which will be held over an area of 4,000m2 will bring together more than 40 local and international real estate developers, in addition to government agencies and institutions.
The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Dubai’s Diamond Developers have confirmed that the achievements and the progress on construction works at the $544m Sharjah Sustainable City will be highlighted during ACRES 2020.
The ACRES exhibition targets real estate developers, contracting and construction companies, agents, real estate brokers, banks, financial and governmental institutions concerned with real estate affairs, as well as insurance companies, real estate management services, real estate owners, engineering companies and project management companies.
The event, which has become a platform to review investment opportunities in the sector and witness the latest developments on real estate projects, is being organised by Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), and its representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group working under SCCI umbrella, in cooperation with Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department.
ACRES 2020 will also provide training to youth to enhance their awareness on the sector, and encourage them to organise their investment ideas.
In addition, a youth circle will be organised by the Federal Youth Authority, to highlight the mechanisms of enhancing the role of Emirati youth in real estate investment.
ACRES 2020 is sponsored by Sharjah Municipality, the Directorate of Town Planning and Survey - Sharjah, the Economic Development Department in Sharjah, and the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority.
