AESG launches maternity policy for its UAE female staff

UAE-based construction consultancy, engineering, and advisory firm AESG has launched a maternity policy offering three months of paid maternity leave, followed by an optional three months of unpaid maternity leave for all its female staff in the UAE.
The firm made the announcement on the occasion of International Women's Day, stating that it "celebrates gender diversity and is proud of its gender-equal boardroom".
"This further strengthens our commitment to providing a supportive environment for working mothers and empowering and enabling them to thrive in both work and family life," the firm shared on its social media platforms.
