2020 CW Power 100: Dubai Properties' Khalid Al Malik at No. 28

The CEO of Dubai Properties and managing director of Dubai Holding climbs four spots in the Power 100 ranking

The chief executive officer of Dubai Properties, Khalid Al Malik, climbs four places to 28 in Construction Week’s ranking of the Middle East’s 100 most influential construction leaders of 2020.

Khalid Al Malik is also the managing director of Dubai Holding, leading the organisation’s real estate portfolio, including urban planning, infrastructure strategy, and development.

He is also responsible for the company’s international real estate investments in Malta, Kochi, and Morocco as well as managing its strategic relations with local and international investors, and its government affairs.

The UAE master developer’s portfolio, includes the luxury-residential Bellevue Towers in the Burj Khalifa District of Business Bay; the 43-storey 1/JBR tower and La Vie JBR along the beach in Dubai; the Dubai Wharf and Manazel Al Khor in the Jaddaf Waterfront; as well as residential developments such as Casa Viva, La Rosa, and Mudon Views in Dubailand.

Dubai Properties released more than 500 units across two major projects in Dubai, including La Rosa at Villanova in Dubailand in H1 2019. The master developer is also a repeat client for Dubai-listed contracting giant Arabtec Holding.
