The Dubai-based luxury developer – with projects and investments in the UAE, Oman, and India – is best recognised for its 74.3ha, $4bn (AED14.7bn) Sobha Hartland, which is the group’s flagship project in the Middle East, located within the master-planned, mixed-use Mohammed Bin Rashid City community.
Sobha Hartland comprises L-shaped villas with 12 floor-plan options, as well as semi-detached villas, townhouses, and high-rise apartments.
The project is designed by PNC Architects, who are also the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) consultant. Sobha Constructions is the main contractor for the master development, while Sobha MEP is delivering the MEP works for the project. Sobha Façades is the glasing contractor for the project, which is managed by Sobha Realty’s project management department.
