In Q1 2020 alone, the private developer cast more than 112 slabs, poured more than 55,970m3 of concrete, and constructed more than 123,280m2 of built-up area.

In addition, the developer revealed its monthly average building progress of nearly 10%, and recorded more than 1,637,421 man-hours within the first three months of 2020.

Phase 1 of the four-phased mixed-use megaproject, Azizi Riviera, crossed the 55% completion milestone in March 2020, with several buildings within the phase slated for completion in 2020. Meanwhile, Phase 2 is 37% complete and Phase 3 is 22% complete.
