Riyadh-headquartered Al Bawani Construction, led by CEO Fakhr bin Abdulmuain Al-Shawaf, is categorised as a Class 1 Construction Company by the Saudi classification agency.

The construction firm was awarded a contract to implement Phase 2 of the Saudi Telecom Company’s (STC) Information Centre in October 2019 – showcasing the firm’s potential in the implementation of data centre projects.

Al Bawani also inked a contract with Saudi Arabia’s Al Sharqia Chamber for the construction of the Al-Kharwa Investment Tower project at a cost of $89.2m (SAR335m) in July 2019.

In addition, the firm specialises in construction management and engineering works for housing complexes, industrial and commercial buildings, educational institutions, as well as defense facilities.

The company has entered into agreements and partnerships with local universities, including King Saud University, Prince Sultan University, and Al-Yamamah University, among others. The initiative trains, qualifies, and evaluates students prior to graduation through a practical and theoretical programme that helps students apply their theoretical and practical studies.
