Phase 2 of Al Tasnim Group’s multi-dwelling community development – The Ras Al Hamra Development Project – which consists of apartments, villas, and related infrastructure, was shortlisted for Construction Week’s Residential Project of the Year at its CW Oman Awards 2020 edition.
In February 2020, Al Tasnim inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Oman’s Ministry of Heritage and Culture to construct a visitor centre at the Bat archeological site and develop the surrounding area of the Khutm Archaeological Tower.
