2020 CW Power 100: Beaver Gulf's Rajesh Krishna enters Top 50

Dubai-headquartered Beaver Gulf Group, which is headed by chairman and CEO Rajesh Kumar Krishna, has diversified interests in project management, construction, oil and gas EPCC, interior decoration, signs and graphics, structural steel, and real estate, across the UAE, Middle East and Asian subcontinent.
The firm has been ranked at No. 50 in Construction Week's 2020 Power 100 rankings, which recognises the Middle East's 100 most influential construction leaders of 2020.
Beaver Gulf Group has full-fledged in-house divisions for civil construction, precast concrete products, switchgear, landscaping, firefighting, air-conditioning, structural steel, aluminium and glasing, joinery, painting, and more
Rajesh Kumar Krishna has also led Beaver Gulf in its first real estate development project – Zafran – worth $75m (AED250m), which comprises 138 townhouses and a clubhouse within the Jumeriah Golf Estates (JGE) master development.
In addition, the firm’s ongoing projects in the UAE are worth more than $1bn, with approximately $400m worth of projects handed over in the last 12 months.
Beaver Gulf Group is currently constructing a number of residential, office, and multi-storey car park buildings worth $217.8m (AED800m) for the Deira Waterfront Development. It is also constructing units for Noor Townhouses – a townhouse enclave within Nshmi Developments’ Town Square development.
