Fenwick Elliott & Hammad Al-Mehdar will discuss legal matters in Saudi Arabia

Vision 2030 opportunities and the legalities of Saudi Arabia’s threefold increase of VAT are among the topics set to be discussed with Fenwick Elliott in alliance with Hammad Al-Mehdar for the next episode of The Legal Table webinar series.

Set to take place on Tuesday 16 June at 2pm (UAE time & 1 pm KSA time), Construction Week’s editor Ashley Williams will be joined by Fenwick Elliott’s lead partner for Saudi Arabia, Toby Randle, and Hammad Al-Mehdar partner, Ali Al Touki, to share how they provide a comprehensive range of legal services on every aspect of the kingdom’s construction process.

The partners will be exploring the legal implications of Saudi Arabia’s recent VAT rise from 5% to 15% and what it will mean for the built environment and will also discuss the new procurement law that came into force in November 2019.

Fenwick Elliott and Hammad Al-Mehdar will also speak about what opportunities the Vision 2030 agenda presents to the kingdom and the high-profile project that they have advised for.

With just a few days to go until the webinar, you still have your chance to listen in and pose your questions to Fenwick Elliott and Hammad Al-Mehdar about the Saudi Arabia market through the registration link.
