Emaar’s Burj Crown scheduled for October 2023 completion
Designed by LWK + PARTNERS, the Hong Kong firm provides a construction update on the 440-unit tower
Hong Kong headquartered architecture firm LWK + PARTNERS has revealed that Emaar Properties' Burj Crown development in Downtown Dubai is scheduled to be completed by October 2023.
Construction began on the 440-unit residential tower back in March 2020, which comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The Burj Crown is the last plot in Dubai’s Downtown on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard.
The architecture firm revealed that since the launch date of the Burj Crown, one-bedroom units were completely sold within the first week, and sales as of today are at 67%.
LWK + PARTNERS MENA managing director, Kerem Cengiz, said the design team ensured programming a compelling and creative unit mix that would offer an unparalleled investment opportunity for the discerning investor.
“As the new decade is unfolding, with challenging times to the whole globe. We are certain that Dubai will continue to position itself at the centre of the world and lead by example,” said Cengiz.
“As an optimistic and vital community member, LWK + PARTNERS anticipate positive market recovery post COVID-19, for a city that has omitted ‘IMPOSSIBLE’ from its vocabulary.”
LWK + PARTNERS also revealed that it is set to reveal more projects “very soon” and hinted at working on developments ranging from regeneration & revitalisation, master planning, transportation, cultural, hospitality and residential products.
