Dubai-headquartered real estate developer Sweid & Sweid has released a limited number of branded luxury apartments for rent, capitalising on the fluid state of the Dubai residential market.
The one-of-its-kind branded luxury apartments, The Banyan Tree Residences development, consists of a single tower featuring 235 luxury residences over 32 storeys, with Italian interior finishes, high ceilings, and balconies overlooking the Montgomerie and the Emirates golf courses.
Tenants will also benefit a residents-only Clubhouse & Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a Banyan Tree Spa experience, a squash court, yoga studio, and a resort infinity pool adjacent to a poolside cafe.
At ground level, the complex stretches over 10,220m2, with the majority of the site dedicated to extensive outdoor green spaces.
Residents have access to lawns which have been densely populated with plants and trees, creating an urban oasis experience in the heart of the city.
Shortly after the official opening of the Banyan Tree Residences Dubai in June 2020, the developer received considerable interest from brokers and tenants, enquiring about renting apartments. In response, the developer has taken the strategic decision to release a limited portion of its retained inventory to the market.

Rentals start from $21,780 (AED80,000), with rental payments made quarterly directly to the developer.
