Contractors.Direct, digital startup company that facilitates stakeholders’ access to pre-qualified contractors in the commercial fit-out sector, has collaborated with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority (DMCC) to provide its free zone tenants with the option to streamline the commercial fit-out process.

DMCC customers and tenants that select a qualified contractor from the platform will be eligible to apply for project financing for as much as $952,899 (AED3.5m) and spread the cost of their project over three years. 

Speaking about the collaboration, executive director - property, DMCC, Paul Ashton, said: “DMCC is committed to providing its new and existing member companies with comprehensive property solutions. The collaboration with Contractors.Direct will deliver greater value to our customers by expanding the variety of property solutions available to them. The platform will offer a smart, quick and reliable tool that will guide our customers in their search for fitout services."

Contractors.Direct, which is a DMCC company, aims to simplify the process of choosing a contractor by providing a suite of certified and qualified entities to choose from and qualifying the business’ project requirements to ensure that the opportunity is viable for both parties.
