UAE-based contracting giant ALEC will be one of the Gold Sponsors of the Construction Week Awards 2019, which is set to return to Dubai on 4 December, 2019.

Running for its 15th year, the awards will reward contractors from the Middle East's construction industry for their efforts throughout the year, with the event being the perfect platform for recognising industy professionals, and some of the best projects, as well as initiatives.

Held at a five-star hotel in Dubai, the evening will comprise handing out accolades to the winners from 14 categories during a gala ceremony.

ALEC was named Contractor of the Year in 2018’s Construction Week Awards and other winners included BAM International for Health and Safety Initiative of the Year and Arcadis Middle East for Commercial Project of the Year.

The Construction Week Awards 2019 are supported by Platinum Sponsor, Tenderd; Gold Sponsors, ALEC, ASGC, Unec, Ramboll, and Arabian Construction Co (ACC); Silver Sponsor Reed Smith; Category Sponsors, Cundall, Beaver Gulf, Construction Computer Software (CCS), and Acrow Formwork Technology; Sustainability Partner, Electrolux; and Training Partner, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
