Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Housing was awarded top honours under the Social Housing Programme of the Year category at Construction Week’s Leaders in KSA Awards 2019, which were held at the Okku in Riyadh on 30 September 2019.

The Saudi Arabian housing ministry is driving various programmes as part of the Vision 2030 economic diversification mandate to raise home-ownership within citizens in the kingdom. 

Among the ministry's ongoing home projects is the Saraya Al Narjis development comprising 1,984 housing units in north of Riyadh.
