CW Awards Oman 2020: Residential Project of the Year shortlist is out
Oman’s Muscat Bay and Phase 2 of the Ras Al Hamra development will battle it out for the award in Muscat
The shortlisted nominees for the Residential Project of the Year category at the Construction Week Oman Awards 2020 have been announced.
The Residential Project of the Year will go to the project that has added significantly to Oman’s built environment – in terms of the quality of its design, build, its location and its fit with the surrounding area.
Al Tasnim Group’s Phase 2 of the Ras Al Hamra development is the first project that has made the Residential Project of the Year category.
The Ras Al Hamra Development Project is a multi-dwelling community development which consists of apartments, villas and related infrastructure.
KEO International Consultant’s Muscat Bay is the other residential project in line for the award.
According to KEO International Consultants, Muscat Bay is a key part of Oman’s vision to strengthen and diversify the economy, by growing the sultanate’s tourism sector.
