CW Oman Awards 2020: Less than one week to go
The awards will be streamed live from 12pm on the 2 September across Facebook, our website and event website
Construction Week’s first ever virtual awards is just around the corner and we are all set to celebrate the successes of Oman’s built environment.
Set to take place on the 2 September, the CW Oman Awards will streamed live from midday across our Facebook social media platform, YouTube channel, website and event website.
The awards will be hosted by renowned radio and TV presenter Tom Urquhart, while Construction Week’s editor Ashley Williams will deliver a speech and hand out the Contractor of the Year prize.
The CW Oman Awards are designed to recognise and reward individual excellence, corporate prowess, project success, and sustainable efforts within 13 categories.
As you know, we had intended to hold the awards in Muscat in March, however with the travel restrictions and social distancing measure that have been put in place throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, this has not been possible.
We feel it is important to still be able to recognise your hard work and the success of the construction sector in the Sultanate of Oman, so we are delighted to hold the awards virtually this year.
The awards will be free to view at www.constructionweekonline.com/cwawardsoman.
While we would love to have been able to celebrate with the industry in person, the virtual format of the awards does allow us to reach a wider audience than we would normally be able to.
We would be grateful for your support to amplify the details of the event broadcast and let your audiences know that you are in the running to win on 2nd September by posting on social media using the hashtag #CWAwards.
We wish you the best of luck in the awards and look forward to the next opportunity we have to celebrate the construction sector with you.
