Omani contractor Al Tasnim Group has claimed the Health & Safety Initiative of the Year at our first ever virtual Construction Week Oman Awards.

The firm picked up the award for its Hazard Hunt Room initiative designed to spread awareness of HSE risks and compliant practices, policies and procedures.

The other shortlisted nominee for the Health & Safety Initiative of the Year accolade at the Construction Week Oman Awards 2020 also came from Douglas OHI for the ‘It’s Ok’ campaign.

The Health & Safety Initiative Award is sponsored by Tenable Fire Engineering Consultancy – our Silver Sponsor and a leading consultancy providing a range of high-quality, fire and life safety services, including code consulting, fire system design, performance-based fire design and third party verification within the built environment.

Following its category win, Al Tasnim Group will now be shortlisted for the Health & Safety Initiative of the Year for the Construction Week Awards, which is taking place in Dubai from the 9 December 2020.
