Construction Week is shaking up its Dispute Resolution Question Time Dubai agenda to discuss how the built environment has legally felt the pinch from the COVID-19 outbreak.

Held at the Al Sarab Le Royal Meridien on 30 June, our expert panel of construction lawyers will debate how the rapid development of COVID-19 is causing disruption to supply chains globally, and raising major concerns for all stakeholders in the construction industry.

The conference will also entail how contractors can manage Force Majeure risks from possible payment delays and cost overruns as a result of the pandemic.

Following the impact of COVID-19, Construction Week was forced to reschedule its Dispute Resolution Question Time Dubai, which was initially meant to be held on the 25 March.

Spaces for Construction Week’s Dispute Resolution Question Time can be secured by contacting Sherdil Babar by emailing him at sherdil.babar@itp.com.
