About Aarti Thadani
Aarti Thadani is Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright. She is a senior lawyer with 13 years of experience working in the UK, Singapore, and the UAE. She has a developed skillset having worked on contentious and non-contentious cases with businesses in the construction, real estate and hospitality sectors.
In addition, she has advised on, and represented clients, in a range of commercial matters, covering internal and regulatory investigations, hospitality and real estate disputes, shareholder disputes as well as employment cases.
Her areas of focus include dispute avoidance, risk mitigation, expert determination, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Aarti is a registered Part II practitioner with the DIFC Court, she advises on DIFC, ADGM law and English law. She also has extensive knowledge of local laws, and regularly co-counsels with local lawyers on litigation matters before the Onshore Courts.
