About Fernando Freitas
Fernando Freitas is a Main Board Director at Omnium International. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, more than 15 years working in the Middle East, and specialising in high-end technical developments.
He has worked on the Burj Khalifa, Jumeirah Beach residences, and is currently a project lead on Ithra Dubai’s iconic One Za’abeel development, leading a multi-disciplinary team of 15, responsible for the delivery of full pre- and post-contract cost management services.
A committed member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Fernando provides his clients with the commercial and contractual expertise required to deliver complex projects within budget and to high standards.
His core strength is his ability to provide strong liaison between his clients, key project stakeholders and Omnium’s pre- and post-contract teams.
