The company won the title for The Address Beach Resort and Residences.
Highly-commended in this category was ALEC for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The winner was highly praised by our judges for “optimising the project’s budget” and overcoming “logistical challenges” associated with the construction of the project.
