 CEO, Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB)
Ravi Pillai
Ayman Hariri

Ibrahim Jaidah’s Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB) is supporting projects across a broad range of disciplines, including residential, hospitality, retail, government, and education.

During the past 12 months, the Qatar-based consultancy has strengthened its relationship with a selection of regional contractors, including Man Enterprise Qatar. The companies are currently working to deliver Holiday Inn Doha, which will form part of The Business Park – a mixed-use complex owned by Qatar’s Sheikh Mohamed Bin Hamad Al Thani.

Operated by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Holiday Inn will feature three basement levels, a ground floor and mezzanine, and 307 guest rooms spread across seven storeys. Ultimately it will become The Business Park’s second hotel; a four-star alternative to the five-star Crowne Plaza Doha, also operated by IHG.

The consultancy is also working in conjunction with Man Enterprise to deliver Tower 52 in Lusail. To date, Jaidah’s and his AEB colleagues have helped to deliver more than 1,500 completed projects.
