 CEO, Arabian MEP Contracting
Nabil Al Khaja
Neil Reynolds

Under the supervision of CEO M Vasanth Kumar, Arabian MEP Contracting has expanded both horizontally and vertically, and plans to grow further through international joint ventures in the years to come. Kumar has implemented various employee engagement programmes and welfare measures, which have reaped rewards, as reflected in the company’s low attrition rate of less than 5%. Established 18 years ago in Qatar, the MEP specialist has completed more than 600 projects since its inception, and boasts of a team of 3,000-plus construction professionals. Kumar told Construction Week that the biggest opportunity in the industry for 2016 lies in the region’s large-scale infrastructure projects, such as power, water, rail, and stadiums.
