Stephan Frantzen

Group Director, P&T Architects
David James Lessard
Ralf Steinhauer

During his eight-year tenure with Hong Kong-headquartered P&T Architects, Stephan Frantzen has driven the company to work on various high-profile projects in the Middle East, such as the Viceroy Hotel, Palm Jumeirah and Empower headquarters in the UAE; the Saraya Aqaba in Jordan; and the Security Forces Medical City in Saudi Arabia. P&T is also working on a residential tower in Lagos, Nigeria, that is due for completion in 2018. Frantzen said the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are the firm’s largest markets in the Middle East, alongside Kazakhstan and Jordan. Low oil prices and a strong value of the US dollar are among the biggest challenges facing P&T Architects over the next 12 months, he added.
