For almost 70 years, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has continuously developed its role as a key energy provider to the world, and MMG has stood side by side with Saudi Aramco in executing both its oil and non-oil projects.

Over the last five decades MMG has delivered a project value of over $10bn. Today the company remains a key player in the Kingdom’s highly technical and labour intensive energy sector.

Stewart Macphail has held his position with MMG since June 2012. His appointment followed a $300m loss for the group in 2011 and rising losses on certain contracts in 2012 that caused the company’s deficit to build up to more than 75% the value of its capital.
