Campbell Gray is responsible for Faithful+Gould’s operations in the Middle East region, with 20 years of project and cost management and technical advisory experience across infrastructure, energy, hospitality, health, education and property sectors. He’s also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Prior to joining the ME business, Gray held the position of International PPP (public–private partnership) Director, with expertise on all three sides of the transaction process, including public sector advisory, consortia and funders, offering a truly rounded commercial perspective.
Gray recently led the Faithful+Gould assignment on Sports Hub in Singapore (a $1.2bn hospitality, stadium and leisure development) which won Global Project Finance Deal of the Year (Project Finance) and Global PPP Deal of the Year (Infrastructure Journal).
Gray is responsible for the strategic growth of the Middle East business, he oversees a wide variety of projects from a project and commercial management function including; Shaza Kempinski Hotel, Doha, Qatar, King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, KSA, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE, Dubai Airports, Dubai, UAE and Doha Bay Bridge Crossing, Qatar.
