Jamal Abdulla Lootah
Jamal Abdulla Lootah, who presently is the chief executive officer of integrated FM service provider, Imdaad, comes with a wealth of experience at different levels in Dubai World.
He started his career with the Security Department of Dubai Port Authority, and has been with
Dubai World since 1991. In 2005, Lootah became director of Human Resources and General Administration at the organisation.
As the CEO of Imdaad since 2007, he is leading the FM service provider’s ambitious expansion drive with a particular focus on green initiatives.
His leadership approach has been instrumental in building the company on strong corporate values with a deep-rooted emphasis on quality, excellence and international standards.
The firm is also one of the strong believers in Emiratisation and has taken steps to follow this directive.
As of February 2013, 50% of its top management executives were comprised of UAE Nationals.
Lootah, who is also the president of the Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA), and has completed the Corporate Advance Program at IMD, the global business school based in Switzerland after graduating in Business Administration from the University of London.
He had been an active participant in Dubai Leaders Program, the internationally recognised leadership development initiative launched by Dubai World in association with Wharton Business School of University of Pennsylvania.
