The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Dubai Chamber) has launched an electronic signature verification service following an approval based on the validity of signature on documents, instead of the previously used validation sticker.

The move is in line with the smart initiatives of the Dubai government and part of Dubai Chamber's efforts to facilitate business operations, it stated on its website.

The system, which has been in effect since 22 March, expects all members to apply transactions related to the authentication service - electronically through the Dubai Chamber website - where review and approval of the document, as well as fee payment will be made.
