Keenan Grote named managing director of 3 Sixty Consult
Grote promoted as project management company looks to 'shift gears' in 10th year of operations
Keenan Grote has been promoted to managing director of project management company 3 Sixty Consult following a restructuring operation that sees him replace founder David Gatward, who will maintain a non-executive role in the company as founding partner.
3 Sixty Consult has recently delivered projects for firms such as Komatsu Middle East, and in the last year, has managed a portfolio of projects worth $136.1m (AED500m).
Grote said his promotion from principal partner comes as 3 Sixty Consult celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, with the firm looking to “shift gears” after its establishment a decade ago “during the economic downturn and housing market crash”.
In a company statement, he added: “So far this year, we have achieved some big wins, which is very exciting. I believe that despite market fluctuations, businesses are still looking to grow and expand.
“The budgets that our clients have to work with are tighter, but the quality of work still needs to be upheld and that’s where 3 Sixty Consult can help achieve considerable value – much of the savings that a company can achieve are realised through proper project planning, and then of course, execution.
“The work we do is challenging, yet equally rewarding when the project delivery is realised and within time and budget. We are focused on building our profile in several sectors and are continuing to deliver some great work in sectors in which we are already known as the market leaders for our exceptional project management services,” he added.
