Chestertons appoints Chris Hobden as head of strategic consultancy
Hobden will lead feasibility studies, design consultancy, and market research projects at the firm's Middle East head office
Real estate services firm Chestertons announced the appointment of Chris Hobden as Head of Strategic Consultancy in the firm’s MENA Advisory Team.
Hobden will will be responsible for driving the company’s consultancy services by leading feasibility studies, design consultancy, and market research projects at the firm's Middle East head office in Dubai.
The real estate advisory expert joined Savills’ Bahrain-based Northern Gulf advisory team as associate director in 2017, before going on to lead the company’s research and consultancy services in Thailand.
Prior to his role at Savills, Hobden spent more than three years with CBRE in Thailand and Cambodia, which included stints heading the research, consulting, and valuation teams.
In the GCC, Hobden has advised a broad range of office, retail, hotel and residential developments in Bahrain, Oman and the UAE.
