Eltizam appoints ambassador for its six-pillar organisation culture
The pillars include technology, people development, CSR, happiness, in-country value, and Vision 21
Eltizam Asset Management Group, which provides management services to premium residential and commercial communities, has appointed Nourah Shuaibi as the ambassador for its organisational and business enhancement culture, Get Wonky.
In her capacity as Get Wonky’s ambassador, Shuaibi is tasked with promoting and raising awareness on the culture as well as overseeing its implementation.
The Get Wonky program has six main pillars, including technology, people development, corporate social responsibilities (CSR), happiness, in-country value, and Vision 21.
The first pillar, technology, highlights Eltizam’s efforts to keep pace with technological advancements by investing in and successfully implementing the latest industry tools to ensure smooth operations.
The second pillar, which is focused on people development, covers two key components, professional development and well-being.
Get Wonky’s CSR pillar, reflects the company’s approach in relation to sustainable business practices, environmental protection, and social equity. Its two main objectives for 2020 are elimination of single-use plastic and children’s education. Through its ‘happiness’ pillar, Eltizam focuses on customer and employee satisfaction.
Eltizam’s in-country value pillar places emphasis nation’s leaders’ priorities in achieving a sustainable national workforce to support the country’s growing economy. The key goals under this pillar include raising the awareness of local job seekers, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in its supply chain, and increasing SMEs’ share of service provision.
The sixth pillar, Vision 21, is Eltizam’s business platform which plans and delivers transformation projects.
