Mana Al Mulla, it was announced recently, has resigned from Union Properties as a director in the company.Â
The board of directors has accepted his resignation, Ahmad Khalaf Almarri, general manager of the developer firm confirmed.Â
The announcement was made in a statement issued by Union Properties on Dubai Financial Market (DFM), following a meeting held between the company’s board of directors end of June 2015.Â
No reason for Al Mulla’s resignation was stated.Â
