Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) announced the conclusion of its three-day training course that was organized with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of all staff members under the theme 6S that Drives Quality, which stands for best practices including: Safety, Standardization, Shine, Set in Order, Sustain, and Sort that call for capacity building in the areas of maintenance, repair, and exploration of technologies and materials being used in vehicle manufacturing.

The training was held as part of a comprehensive learning and development program for all DGW employees, organized by an in-house DGW training crew and UAE automotive distributer Al-Futtaim.

Commenting on the conclusion of the course, deputy executive director of DGW, HE Fahad Ahmed Al-Raeesi, said: “We highly appreciate the dedication and commitment constantly demonstrated by everyone at KAIZEN in supporting our strategy to integrate innovation and technology, and improve the quality of fleet maintenance and management, which plays a significant role in supporting excellence pursued by the governments of both Dubai and the UAE.”
