Al Salmy has led Oman's Hoehler + alSalmy to achieve completion on the Oman Oil and Orpic Group 25,000m2 office
Oman-based Hoehler + alSalmy has made past appearances in Construction Week’s Power 100 lists. The company's managing director, partner, and lead architect, Muhammad Al Salmy has been ranked 77th on the ranking for the year.
The firm was born out of an official rebranding announced by Omani-German architects Hoehler+Partner (H+P) in 2016.
The company’s portfolio includes works on German University of Technology, Oman (GUtech), German Embassy Muscat, and Muscat Private Hospital, among others.
Among its key milestones in the past 12 months is Hoehler + alSalmy’s completion on the Oman Oil and Orpic Group 25,000m2 office in Muscat Grand Mall. The project was completed within a span of three months.
In a 2019 interview with Construction Week, Al Salmy said that the company was “focused on training Omani talent through internship programmes and hands-on work experience.” Hoehler + alSalmy had a 65% Omanisation rate at the time, Al Salmy confirmed.
The architecture and design firm marked ten years of its service and operations in the sultanate in 2019.
