Africa's Tad FM inks FSI Middle East contract for Concept Evolution
Cafm supplier's scope of works includes supply, installation, configuration, training, and handover
Facilities management (FM) software firm FSI Middle East has won a contract from Sudan-based Tad Total Facilities Management to deliver computer-aided FM (Cafm) platform Concept Evolution, with its scope of works including supply, installation, configuration, training, and handover.
Tad FM will also integrate its 24x7 helpdesk platform into Concept Evolution, which is expected to allow the FM company to schedule its maintenance tasks in line with service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
In a statement shared by FSI Middle East, Tad FM’s chief executive officer, Mohamed Bakhit, said: “Our strategy is to be a market leader in FM in Eastern Africa and employing 10,000 people over the next five years.
“We researched all the options available in the market over the past year, and we partnered with FSI as our Cafm service provider, as we could see without a doubt that FSI is clearly the leader in the region.
"We also very proud to be among the first FM companies in Africa to implement a Cafm system within our operations, which enables us to easily schedule our [planned preventive maintenance] and routine tasks and have visibility over the activities within all our contracts across multiple sites.”
