Bahrain's Bapco opens tender for eight-year crane lease contract

All-terrain mobile cranes and telescopic boom truck cranes will be positioned full-time at Bapco's premises

Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco) has floated a tender to procure heavy crane lease services for eight years, with the scope of work including the provision of all-terrain mobile cranes and telescopic boom truck cranes with operators and riggers.

The machines will be positioned full-time within Bapco’s premises, and taken to the contractor’s yards only for service and maintenance works.

The contractor is required to provide cranes with counter weights, fly jibs, and other accompaniments.

The tender, which opened on 6 October 2019, will close on 13 November 2019, and bids will be opened on 14 November 2019.
