Dubai Asset Management, a part of UAE real estate developer Dubai Holding, has launched a staff accommodation management app – an interface of its Dubai AM Life platform – with the aim of helping housing clients, including large corporates, small- and medium-enterprises, and accommodation managers across 10 residential communities optimise their allocation of staff accommodation, and facilitate staff welfare programmes.

According to the company, the centralised app will allow users to raise, track, and manage service requests for any unit within their remit, while an aggregated dashboard will be used to display the entire pipeline of requests and other unit information.

The app will also offer updates on Dubai Asset Management’s community initiatives and events.

Commenting on the app, chief executive officer of Dubai Asset Management, Arif Mubarak, said: “Our pioneering app delivers added value through facilitating the management of their staff accommodation portfolios.

"Its user-friendly design and features reflect Dubai Asset Management’s deep-seated understanding of residential accommodation needs developed over 13 years of providing efficient corporate housing solutions.”
