Dubai-based private real estate developer Azizi Developments announced that it has implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Business Analytics (BA) technologies, and is now looking at enablers such as digital workplaces, advanced process optimisation, and radical digitalisation.

According to the company, digitizing the customer‘s journey has positively helped the development’s brand image as well as foster customer loyalty and retention.

Speaking about the digital iniatives, chief information officer at Azizi Developments, Syed Mahsud Ali, said: “Operational excellence through digital transformation is an integral part of our growth trajectory.
