Abu Dhabi-based property solutions, facilities management, and home maintenance solutions firm Khidmah has launched an ‘FM Connect’ application aimed at enhancing service delivery, optimising staff productivity, and increasing customer satisfaction.

The application is designed to optimise task allocation in real time. According to the firm, the application will also leverage Khidmah technician specialties and geographical locations to provide timely services to clients.

Technicians will need to go through safety checklists to ensure that their performance is in compliance with Khidmah’s health and safety measures.

Commenting on the launch, the chief executive officer of Khidmah, HP Aengaar, said: “Introducing the new ‘FM Connect’ Application will add value to our clients, whether tenants or owners, as they will receive faster and more efficient services. We have been testing this innovative application in a number of communities and properties we manage, and we are proud to say that the results were impressive. We are currently rolling out across our portfolio.”

Khidmah focuses on different sectors including residential, commercial, retail, government, education, hospitality, and healthcare.
