MAG partners with Hitches & Glitches to develop home maintenance app
Initially, the services will be available in MAG5 Boulevard in Dubai South and then across all MAG developments
UAE-based property developer, MAG Lifestyle Development, which is the development arm of MAG Group Holding, has launched MAG FM, a home maintenance tracking app.
The platform will enable owners and tenants living in all MAG developments to request home maintenance services, allowing customers to browse through home maintenance packages, or customise their own package specific to their individual needs.
Initially, the online services will be available to residents in MAG5 Boulevard in Dubai South and then will be rolled out across all MAG developments throughout the emirate.
Commenting on the company's decision to initiate the smart services for MAG5 Boulevard tenants, senior executive vice chairman of MAG Lifestyle Development, Talal Al Gaddah, said: "It seemed only natural for us to launch the home maintenance solution for the residents in the area, due to its affordability and community feel, before expanding the maintenance service to our other developments."
To deliver the home maintenance services, MAG Lifestyle Development has partnered with UAE home maintenance company Hitches & Glitches.
Elaborating on the benefits of the MAG FM app, director of Hitches & Glitches, Kelvin Varghese, said: “Once tenants and owners have booked online, they can track our technicians in real-time through a Google Maps link. This will help them determine the exact location and arrival time of the technician."
